Welcome home day - Possesion Clean
Our signature possession-day clean is curated to make your buyers feel instantly at home.
What’s included:
-Kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and floors refreshed
-Inside fridge + inside oven included at no extra cost
-Interior windows detailed where reachable and safe
-Light dusting throughout main areas
If booked as separate services, this visit is valued at approximately $505.
As a bundled possession-day package, it’s offered at $445 + GST

As part of our Realtor Welcome Home Program, we offer:
10% off our Welcome Home Day package when you book 1 possession clean per month
15% off each Welcome Home Day package when you book 3 or more possession cleans in a calendar month
These preferred rates apply to the base price of our Welcome Home Day package and are designed for realtors who partner with us regularly throughout the year.

How It Works
1. Share the property details
Send us the address, approximate size, and whether the home is vacant or occupied.
2. Choose the right service
Most realtors start with Welcome Home Day for possession, and a lighter Signature package for pre-listing prep.
3. Confirm date & time
We recommend a minimum of 3 days’ notice whenever possible so we can reserve your spot and assign the right team.
4. We take care of the rest
Our team arrives with eco-friendly products, a calm presence, and a clear checklist tailored to your booking.
